Ottawa, Ontario (October 20, 2017) - Northern Shield Resources Inc. ("Northern Shield" or the "Company") [TSX-V: NRN] is pleased to announce that most of the assays from the 2017 drilling program and surface sampling have been received. In total, 982 core samples were processed from the eight drill-holes completed this year along with 47 surface samples.
