("Northern Shield" or the "Company") (TSXV: NRN) announces that it is proceeding with a consolidation (the "Consolidation") of its common shares ("Common Shares") on the basis of five (5) pre-Consolidation Common Shares for one (1) post-Consolidation Common Share. The Consolidation was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on June 21, 2022.
