Ottawa, Ontario (August 8, 2023) - It is with great sadness that Northern Shield Resources Inc. announces the passing of former Director, Donald Bubar, on July 30th. He retired from the Board of Directors of Northern Shield in June, 2023.

Don provided valuable guidance and leadership to the Company especially during our transition to a gold explorer in the Maritimes. His energy, enthusiasm for exploration was only surpassed by his joie de vivre which was always readily apparent.
