("Northern Shield" or the "Company") [TSXV: NRN] is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement financing (the "Offering") of 6,454,600 common shares on a flow-through basis ("Flow-Through Shares") within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada) at a price of $0.17 per Flow-Through Share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $1,097,282.
